These Terms govern your use of Real Site Worth, including free estimates, paid reports, account features, subscriptions, AI-assisted content, and related pages. The service is operated by Good Smart Idea LLC.

1. Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing Real Site Worth, submitting a domain or handle, creating an account, purchasing a paid feature, or using a report, you agree to these Terms and to the policies linked from them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. What Real Site Worth provides

Real Site Worth provides automated value ranges, confidence indicators, explanatory memos, and value-gap roadmaps for websites, domains, and related online assets. The service may include free daily estimates, paid subscriptions, downloadable reports, account tools, and future asset-specific calculators.

3. Estimates are not professional advice

Real Site Worth is not a financial advisor, broker, dealer, or licensed appraiser, and no one on our team acts in any of those capacities. Everything we publish about value, "worth", multiples, returns, or comparisons between asset classes is an automated estimate or editorial opinion only — never personalized financial or investment advice and never a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any asset.

4. AI-assisted content and reports

Reports and public content may be written, edited, summarized, or improved with AI assistance. We also use AI to help organize non-identifying report context. AI-assisted output may contain errors, omissions, stale assumptions, or unclear wording.

We do not claim attorney, CPA, broker, appraiser, or investment-advisor review unless a specific page or report says so. Editorial review means internal review for clarity, source support, and consistency with our standards; it does not mean licensed professional review. For details, see How we use AI.

5. Privacy and AI data handling

Our Privacy Policy explains what data we collect and how we use it. As a service rule, we do not send your personal information to AI providers. The AI process receives only the submitted domain or handle and non-identifying report context.

6. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to use Real Site Worth. If you create an account, you must provide accurate information, keep credentials secure, and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the service for unlawful, misleading, abusive, or fraudulent purposes;
• present an automated estimate as a certified appraisal, broker opinion, or professional advice;
• scrape, crawl, bulk-extract, mirror, frame, or republish the service or outputs at scale;
• use our content, reports, outputs, or data to train, fine-tune, evaluate, or improve AI or machine-learning models without written permission;
• reverse engineer, decompile, probe, overload, interfere with, or bypass controls protecting the service;
• resell, sublicense, or redistribute reports or data as a competing product or dataset;
• submit information you do not have the right to use or that violates another party's rights.

8. Intellectual property and report use

The Real Site Worth website, valuation models, report formats, text, design, software, and brand materials are owned by Good Smart Idea LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws.

You may use a report generated for you for your own personal or internal business evaluation. You may share individual reports in a reasonable way, provided you do not remove disclaimers, imply our endorsement, misrepresent the output as professional advice, or build a competing database or product from our outputs.

9. Paid features, subscriptions, and refunds

Paid plans, billing cadence, renewal terms, taxes, included features, cancellation controls, and any promotional codes are presented in the product before purchase. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.

• Cancellation. You may cancel a subscription through the account or billing flow when available, or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future renewals.
• Current billing period. Access generally continues through the paid period. We do not prorate partial months unless required by law or stated at checkout.
• Service failure. If a paid report is not delivered or is materially defective because of our service failure, contact us and we will repair, replace, credit, or refund the affected charge as appropriate.
• Statutory rights. Nothing in these Terms limits non-waivable consumer rights that apply where you live.

10. Third-party services and data

The service may rely on hosting, payment, analytics, security, email, data, and AI providers. Their systems may be unavailable, delayed, or incorrect. Third-party links are provided for convenience; we do not control or endorse third-party sites, marketplaces, or tools. Some third-party links are affiliate links, from which we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you; this never affects the deterministic estimate we produce.

11. Service availability and changes

We may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We may impose usage limits, anti-abuse controls, paywalls, or eligibility requirements. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or preservation of any report, cache, or account data.

12. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, TIMELINESS, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR UNINTERRUPTED SERVICE.

13. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GOOD SMART IDEA LLC, REAL SITE WORTH, AND THEIR OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AFFILIATES, SUPPLIERS, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR LOST-PROFIT DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSSES ARISING FROM RELIANCE ON A VALUATION, REPORT, ROADMAP, OR PUBLIC CONTENT.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) USD 100.

14. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Good Smart Idea LLC, Real Site Worth, and their owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, suppliers, and agents from claims, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the service, your breach of these Terms, your violation of law, your submitted information, or your misuse of any output.

15. Dispute resolution

Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us and try to resolve the dispute informally. If we cannot resolve it within 30 days, any dispute arising from these Terms or the service will be resolved under Ohio law in the state or federal courts located in Cuyahoga County, Ohio, unless a different venue or process is required by non-waivable law.

Any claim must be brought in your individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in a class, collective, consolidated, or representative proceeding, to the extent permitted by law. Any claim must be filed within one year after it arose, unless a longer period is required by non-waivable law.

16. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for the service or other users, fail to pay amounts owed, or use the service in a way we reasonably believe is abusive or unlawful. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

17. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by the Last updated date above or another reasonable notice. Continued use after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
